Mark,
We really appreciate the wonderful job you did in our yard.
I contacted Mark last year in December, when my wife and I were "shopping
around" and we received what we thought was a very fair price for what we were
asking. So in March we decided to go ahead and go with Mark I contacted him to
ask how much the job would be now but also would like to add a few little
things. Mark came out the following day and accommodated my schedule, it was a
Tuesday. We discussed how much everything would be including the additional work
we would like done. Very much to our surprise he honored the original quote and
the extra work was just a little more. I paid him in cash right there in the
front yard and he said he would be out on Saturday to get started. It was Bulk
Trash time in our neighborhood and I asked if he would be able to get out
earlier than Saturday to get the Bulk of the work done, this way he could simply
leave it out on the curb and he explained that he would try. Two days later, on
Thursday, I came home to find everything on the curb. Then on Saturday, as
initially promised, he was there and finished the work, you can’t even tell
there was a tree/stump anywhere in the yard.
What it comes down to is would I recommend Mark and GotStump to a friend, I
would in a second.

I couldn't recommend Mark more highly. He is responsive, punctual, accommodating
and he did a great job removing five stumps. Three of the stumps had very
difficult access issues. Mark took his time and succeeded in getting the job
done without damage. Finally, Mark's price was reasonable and he did an
excellent clean up job.

Thanks Mark! I am very pleased with the work I received from Mark. He was here
the whole day taking care of 12 stumps - one of which was not planned. He did
not hesitate and just did it as well. That is twelve stumps in one day - he
worked hard! He was very cognizant of ensuring the chips did not fly into
windows or the pool or equipment. He would also clean and rake up after he was
done in an area. He does the whole stump including the large feeder roots so
that you won't have any surprises later. A very good job done and I would highly
recommend using Mark at Got Stump?.

within a day and he was out to my house within a week. It was a pretty tricky

immediately and I had an estimate that same day. The price was so reasonable
that I decided to have another tree removed and that stump taken care of as
well. Mark is very knowlegable and suggested numerous replacement trees and even

The caliber of Mark's work is excellent. We were given an estimate the same day
as requested, he was courteous and the estimate was competitive and reasonable.
When the stump was removed you would never know a tree had been there. I would
highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work.
